About the apartment

Neighbors
Lots of foreigners and families with children live here. Everyone knows each other. There's a chat room, where someone is always donating baby clothes or looking for salt. The atmosphere is very friendly, almost village-like.
Noise
Guys, it's deafeningly quiet here. It's real. You come home from work downtown and it's like someone stuffed your ears with cotton wool. The only sounds you can hear are the crickets and the rustling pine trees. There are almost no cars outside because the houses are set back. We sleep with the balcony open sometimes, even in winter; the air is pure oxygen!
Renovation
Pay attention here! We live practically in a forest, surrounded by trees. Ground-floor apartments can be damp. Ours is a corner apartment, and in the winter we had to run a dehumidifier to prevent condensation on the windows. Check the corners before moving in!

About the building

General
The houses are small, 4-5 stories, stylish, with wooden accents. You don't feel like you're in an anthill.
Yard
This isn't just a courtyard; it's a pine grove. It smells of pine needles 24/7. Barbecue area: The residents themselves have set up barbecue areas. My neighbors and I often get together on weekends. But the trash bins are a bit far from some buildings; you have to walk there with a bag.
Utilities Stability
The internet sometimes drops out during thunderstorms (the mountains are close here). There are NO elevators in some low-rise buildings! Carrying bags up to the 4th floor on foot is a workout, mind you.

About the district

Beauty
The road to Tskneti is nearby. A 10-minute drive uphill leads to forest, picnics, and beauty. It's perfect for those who enjoy hiking or jogging in the mountains.
Traffic Jams
If you work in the city by 9:00 AM, be prepared to suffer. The bridge from Bagebi to Vake is a bottleneck. In the morning, you can spend 40 minutes just getting out. In the evening, it's the same thing just getting in. This is the main drawback of the area. There are buses, but they're often packed.
Supermarkets
Inside the complex, there's a small convenience store with exorbitant prices. A little further down is a Spar supermarket and vegetable stalls. For decent food, you'll need to go to Agrohub in Vake or Carrefour. You can't walk there (it's a long way and uphill).
