About the apartment

General
The panoramic windows reach to the floor, and the view of the city is so stunning you'll want to drink wine on the windowsill every evening. The most important thing for me is gas. There's a decent boiler here, and the radiators are blazing hot. In the winter, I wore a T-shirt; there was no dampness, and my clothes dried in an hour.
Neighbors
Young people, lots of stylish guys, foreigners. No old ladies with shopping carts here.
Noise
The complex is still under construction (neighboring towers). You can hear drills and construction work since 9 a.m. Only noise-canceling headphones help.
Renovation
Perfectly smooth walls, expensive materials. Not a slapdash job.
Furniture
Everything is built-in, stylish, and often has a workspace.
View
If the view of the Stadium and the Alley is the best view in the city, then in the evening the city is ablaze with lights.

About the building

General
Expectation/Reality. The renderings make it look like a Hilton, but in reality, you're living on a premium construction site. The lobby is luxurious—marble, a grand piano (just kidding, there's no grand piano, but it looks expensive), and the reception is like a 5-star hotel. BUT! The elevators are often lined with plywood because they're hauling construction materials. The hallways are dusty from apartment renovations. It will be amazing when they finish, but for now, we have to wait patiently and humbly.
Cleanliness
The lobby is shiny, but construction dust gets everywhere, even through closed windows.
Security
There's serious security, cameras, you can't just walk in.
Yard
It doesn't exist. At all. You walk out of the luxury entrance straight onto the asphalt and parking lot.
Parking
There's an underground one, but it's expensive. Outside, it's a hunger game for space.
Demographics
IT specialists, cryptans, golden youth

About the district

General
I love this area because it doesn't feel like a "resort village." Wide avenues, high-rises, glass, concrete. When you go out in the evening, everything lights up, the fountains sing.
Stray Animals
There are some, but they're kind. There are a lot of them hanging out near the stadium.
Noise
It's noisy here. Shartava and Bagrationi are perpetually jammed. Ambulance sirens and car horns are the background noise of the area. If you're looking for peace and quiet and the sound of nightingales, this isn't the place for you; Makhinjauri is the place to go. This is where the city's rhythm lies.
Restaurants
For lazy people like me, it's paradise. There's a Carrefour nearby (the big one). Across the street are Wendy's and Dunkin' Donuts.
Hospitals
Nearby are Respublikanskaya and Referralnaya
Fitness
The UEFA stadium is right in front of my nose. I'm not a football fan, but the atmosphere is energizing. I go for walks to the embankment (about a 15-minute walk). There's a new boulevard there, it's quieter than the old one, and you can ride a scooter.
