I've been living here for a little over six months, and was one of the first to move in after receiving the keys. I'm very pleased with the high ceilings and the overall layout of the apartment.
Neighbors
The people who live here are mostly young and progressive, everyone is very polite and respects boundaries. In the house chat, we only discuss important things; no one spams or argues over trivial matters.
Noise
The soundproofing from the neighbors is good; you can barely hear them. The only thing is that the building is new, so you can occasionally hear the sound of drilling, as many people are still finishing up their renovations.
Internet
The fiber optics work perfectly, the speed is stable even in the evenings. This is crucial for my work in fintech, and Grand Touran doesn't disappoint.
View
The windows overlook the lights of the avenue and the stadiums; the view is simply cosmic. In the evening, everything glows, creating the feeling of being in the center of a real metropolis.
Lighting
The apartment is very bright thanks to the large panoramic windows. Even on gloomy winter days, the house is bright and there's no need to constantly turn on the chandeliers.
About the building
General
Overall, the house has a prestigious feel, with spacious hallways and high ceilings. It feels like you're entering a presidential reception at a luxury hotel, not a private residence.
Security
The courtyard is completely gated, and security is on duty 24/7 at the reception. I know for sure that there are no strangers in the courtyard, and this adds to my peace of mind.
Yard
The courtyard is very cool, with modern playgrounds and relaxation areas where you can even work on your laptop. The landscaping is tasteful, with plenty of greenery and comfortable benches.
Parking
The building has underground parking, which is very convenient for our climate. While outdoor parking is limited for guests, the residents' parking needs have been well-advised.
Building Quality
Everything is built very well, the walls are warm and draft-free. The façade looks expensive and doesn't get damaged by the winds, which are abundant in Turan.
About the district
General
Turan is a neighborhood for active people; it's all about movement and sports. Despite the avenue's noise, it's a very comfortable place to live thanks to the abundance of new infrastructure.
Traffic Jams
This is the main drawback, as Turan Avenue is constantly jammed. Leaving home in the morning and evening takes a long time, so you always need to plan your route in advance.
Supermarkets
The residential complex itself and neighboring buildings have all the necessary stores with a good selection of groceries. For larger purchases, large hypermarkets are just a five-minute drive away.
Fitness
This is the best area for sports: Barys Arena, Astana Arena, and a ton of fitness centers are nearby. I go to the gym literally across the street, which saves a ton of time.
