We've been living here for three years now, and during that time, the apartment has withstood both severe frosts and noisy holidays. The space is spacious and the layout is convenient for a large family, so we don't feel cramped at all.
Neighbors
Most of the residents are family-oriented and well-behaved, but because there are so many residents in the complex, you don't know everyone's faces. There are occasional minor squabbles in the building chats over trash or parking, but overall, the people are decent.
Noise
Soundproofing is definitely a weak point here, especially if your neighbors are active and noisy. The walls seem fine, but the sounds of renovations or children running upstairs carry through very clearly.
Internet
There are no internet issues at all; the optics work like a Swiss watch. The speed is more than enough for my kids who are constantly on YouTube and for my work.
View
We were lucky because our windows didn't face the neighboring block, but rather the city. The view is pleasant, especially when all the lights on the left bank come on in the evening.
About the building
General
This residential complex is truly a city within a city, and the developer strives to maintain the highest quality standards. Everything is built to modern standards, but the population density here is absolutely staggering.
Cleanliness
The service company is great and cleans the entryways very frequently and thoroughly. Even with such a large number of residents, the hallways are always clean and free of the unpleasant smell of garbage.
Security
The courtyard is completely gated, and the security at the checkpoint is truly on duty, preventing just anyone from entering. There are plenty of cameras around the perimeter, so we can let the kids out for walks with peace of mind.
Yard
The courtyards here are simply gorgeous, with a ton of different playgrounds and areas for active sports. This is probably one of the best courtyards in the city, where kids really have something to do all day long.
Parking
It's a real disaster here, and that's the main problem with the entire complex. Street parking runs out by six in the evening, and if you don't have your own parking, you'll have to drive around the neighborhood looking for a spot.
About the district
General
The area is gorgeous because you're on the Right Bank, but the Left Bank is just a stone's throw away across the bridge. Everything here is so well-established that you could spend a week without leaving your neighborhood.
Cleanliness
The neighborhood is well maintained, garbage is collected on time, and snow is cleared fairly quickly. Even the sidewalks are always tidy and free of perpetual mud or sand.
Security
The area is very quiet and bright, making it a pleasure to stroll around in the evening. The sense of security is high here thanks to the constant traffic and security cameras.
Beauty
There are many beautiful new buildings and walking areas around, making the area a delight to the eye. However, due to the dense development, there's sometimes a bit of a lack of space.
Transport Accessibility
There are tons of buses, and you can get to almost anywhere in the city without changing buses. Driving is also very convenient for accessing the capital's main avenues.
Traffic Jams
Driving onto the bridge toward the Left Bank in the morning is always a gamble, and often a losing one. You have to leave well in advance to avoid being stuck in a deadlock for half an hour.
Parks
There are small parks and alleys for evening strolls. The river embankment is also within walking distance if you're looking for a long breath of fresh air.
