About the apartment

General
I've been living here for about six months, and overall, if you look at the specific aspects of living in these buildings, everything is ALMOST superb. The towers are beautiful, the facades are clean, and it looks prestigious and prestigious.
Security
Entry is by card only, concierges and security are always on duty, and strangers are never allowed in. Security is definitely 5 stars.
Noise
My windows don't face the stadium, so I can barely hear the sounds of the busy street behind the thick double-glazed windows. The windows are heavy and do a good job of blocking outside noise, but the soundproofing inside the house is so-so. Barking dogs or screaming children will certainly be heard. People with windows facing the stadium are less fortunate if something major is going on there. Of course, no glass can absorb that level of noise.
View
The view is magical, especially from the 20th floor. At night, everything glows, and in the mornings, you can stumble upon fog over the park. Simply incredible beauty.

About the building

General
As I mentioned above, it looks classy. Of course, there's a problem with cleaning the windows; you have to wait for a company climber to do that. But overall, there's nothing to complain about.
Parking
If you have a car but don't have a parking space, I can only sympathize. It's simply impossible to park here without buying one. Thankfully, I don't have a personal vehicle, but I see the number of cars parked nearby every day.

About the district

General
Beauty
The area is very beautiful, rich in entertainment and leisure options, and there are plenty of shops nearby. There's a park and stadium nearby, as well as a great AgroHub store. If you can afford it, the neighboring tower has a swimming pool and other amenities. (Unfortunately, there are often no discounts for residents, and memberships must be purchased at full price.)
