The apartment in La Vie is exactly what I was looking for for comfortable city living. The layout is modern, the rooms are spacious, and the high ceilings make it feel very airy. We've been living here for a little over six months, and so far we're enjoying the layout every day.

The soundproofing from the neighbors is good; you can't hear anyone through the wall. The only drawback is the noise from Koshkarbaev Avenue if the windows are open for ventilation, but you get used to it pretty quickly.

Panoramic windows overlook the beautiful Hazrat Sultan Mosque and the Pyramid, so the view is simply stunning at any time of day. In the evening, when the city lights are turned on, you can simply sit with a cup of tea and admire the panorama.

The apartment has plenty of natural light thanks to the huge windows. Even in December, when the days are short, the house is bright and doesn't feel gloomy.

The house itself looks very expensive and presentable, with a façade made of high-quality materials. The entrance halls resemble the lobbies of a fine hotel, with soft furnishings and pleasant lighting.

The access control system and video surveillance work perfectly. Unauthorized people won't just wander into the courtyard, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your belongings or your peace of mind.

The courtyard is stylishly and simply designed, with recreation areas and a modern playground. It's not the largest in the city, but it's very cozy and well-designed.

Parking around the building is difficult, especially in the evenings when everyone returns from work. We immediately took a parking spot to avoid wasting time searching for a free spot on the street.

There were no problems with water or electricity; everything worked reliably. Water pressure was good, even on the upper floors, which can sometimes be a problem in Astana.

This is one of the most promising and beautiful areas of the city, where everything is new and modern. Here you can feel the scale of the capital, but without the bustle of the old Left Bank.

The area is surrounded by landmarks and modern parks. Walking around the area is a pleasure, with the beautiful architecture constantly catching your eye.

The avenues here are wide, buses are plentiful, and they run strictly on schedule. By car, you can reach the city center in just ten minutes without any problems.

During rush hour, intersections can become quite congested, especially on the left bank. Allow extra travel time if you have an important meeting in the morning.

There's a mosque nearby with a large promenade and several parks. You can stroll for hours; there's plenty of space for outdoor recreation.

The area is full of great establishments for every taste, from cozy coffee shops to restaurants serving national cuisine. There's always a choice of places to go for dinner or meet up with colleagues.

On the ground floors and in the neighboring buildings, there are all the necessary shops with a good selection. You can pick up everything you need on your way home without having to stop at large shopping malls.

The area has several strong schools and private kindergartens, which is very convenient. Children don't have to travel far; all educational opportunities are close at hand.
