The walls are thick enough that you can't hear the TV on the other side. Sometimes you can hear the children's footsteps from upstairs, but that's typical for a high-rise building.

The fiber optic connection was installed quickly, and the speed is stable even in the evenings when everyone is home. It's more than enough for work and watching high-quality movies.
Insects
I haven't seen a single cockroach or ant during my entire stay. Apparently the utilities are new and the basements are kept clean.
View
The windows overlook the road, and the view is quite pleasant, especially in the evening. The only downside is the dust on the windowsills if you open them often.

The building is sturdy, and the façade doesn't peel after the first winter. The interior looks modern, and the elevators operate smoothly and without constant breakdowns.

The hallways are cleaned daily, and it's immediately noticeable. The entryways always smell fresh, not like a garbage chute.

The courtyard is completely closed off from outsiders, and the security guards at the entrance really do their job. The children wander around on their own, and you don't have to worry about them at all.

The children's playground is modern and has a good surface. A few taller trees would be nice for shade, but for now, everything looks neat.
Parking
This is the main problem because there's a catastrophic shortage of parking spaces in the courtyard. People are forced to either buy a parking space or spend a long time searching for a spot outside.
Building Quality
The walls are very warm and draft-free, even in strong winds. The developer clearly didn't skimp on the façade insulation.
Utilities Stability
There have been no water or electricity outages for six months. The water pressure on the upper floors is stable and constant.
About the district
General
The area is now one of the most convenient on the right bank because it's already well-established. Everything you need is within easy reach, and you don't have to start your car every time.
Cleanliness
Garbage is collected on time and the roads are well maintained. However, due to the active construction nearby, the sidewalks can sometimes be a bit dusty.
Security
In the evening, the streets are bright and it's completely safe to walk. There are plenty of surveillance cameras and patrol cars frequently pass by.
Transport Accessibility
There are plenty of bus routes, so you can travel anywhere in the city without any problem. Stops are just a couple of minutes from your home.
Traffic Jams
In the morning, exiting the street can be jammed, which wastes extra time. It's important to plan your exit in advance to avoid being late for work.
Supermarkets
A Magnum supermarket and a ton of smaller shops are within walking distance. All essentials can be purchased right on your block.
