About the apartment

General
Living right on the beach is certainly a dream, but the reality turned out to be harsh because the humidity here is off the charts. Clothes in the closet start to smell damp after just a week, and we had to buy a powerful dehumidifier that runs 24/7. The sea view makes up for all the downsides, but in winter, the panoramic windows are so cold that our child crawls on the floor only in a warm suit.
Security
Entry is by card only and outsiders are not allowed here, but it's scary to leave the door to the balcony open because of the low partitions between the apartments.
Neighbors
The audibility between floors is normal, but the neighbors next door are clearly audible, especially if they go out to smoke on the balcony and all the smoke is drawn towards us.
Renovation
The developer's renovation was decent, but due to humidity, the paint in the corners began to bubble and the window fittings quickly rusted from the sea salt.
Appliances
Everything is built-in and high-quality, but a washing machine without a dryer is a crime here, since laundry on the balcony doesn't dry for days.
View
The sunsets here are simply cinematic, and you can sit on the balcony with tea and watch the sun fall right into the sea; it really calms your nerves.

About the building

General
From the outside, the complex looks very expensive and modern, but inside, you feel like you're staying in a hotel where no one cares. The elevators are glass and beautiful, but on a sunny day, they feel like a real sauna inside because there's no air conditioning. The ground floor is full of cafes and restaurants, so the smell of food constantly wafts around the entrance.
Cleanliness
The hallways are washed every day and the glass sparkles, but sand from the beach still gets dragged into the entrance on the feet of residents and crunches under their shoes.
Security
Security guards are at the reception desk 24/7 and greet you politely, but couriers still get through without any problems.
Yard
There is no courtyard as such, but there is a huge, well-maintained embankment right at the doorstep, perfect for walking with a stroller.
Parking
Underground parking is astronomically expensive, and the free spaces around the building are always occupied by taxi drivers and rental cars.
Building Quality
The glazing is beautiful, but the thermal insulation is terrible, and during a storm you can hear the wind howling in the ventilation.

About the district

General
This is the very end of Novy Boulevard, and it's much quieter and cleaner than the city center. Nearby is the huge Lech and Maria Kaczynski Park with playgrounds and exercise equipment, where we spend all our free time. The only downside is the distance from decent supermarkets, which require a taxi or bus ride.
Cleanliness
The boulevard is licked every morning and the lawns are perfectly trimmed, a joy to behold.
Security
The police patrol the embankment constantly, and even late at night it is absolutely comfortable to walk here.
Beauty
This is the most beautiful and modern area of the city with palm trees and fountains, without slums and devastation.
Transport Accessibility
The bus runs infrequently and on schedule, and calling a taxi here in the rain is quite a quest due to the traffic jams.
Traffic Jams
The traffic here is free; there are almost no traffic jams except on days when there are many flights at the airport and taxis clog the entrances.
Parking
There are a lot of places along the road, but in the summer they are all filled with cars of vacationers who come to the beach.
Stray Animals
There are fewer dogs here than in the center and they are all well-fed and lazy because they are fed by tourists from restaurants
