We chose this place specifically for the central heating because with a small baby you need the temperature to be stable and here it is always toasty warm in winter. The layout is super functional with a separate laundry room which is a dream for any mom so you do not have drying racks standing in the living room. Soundproofing is surprisingly good as we almost never hear the neighbors unless they are drilling something but the street noise from Jurija Gagarina can be loud if you open the windows.

We have video surveillance at the entrance and the building doors are heavy and secure so I feel very safe being home alone with the baby

There are so many families with kids here that it feels like a kindergarten and everyone is helpful holding doors or sharing tips in the elevator

The trams passing by on Jurija Gagarina create a constant rumble and vibration that you can feel on the lower floors

The finishing materials are high quality like the parquet and tiles but the window mechanisms started getting stuck after a year and needed adjustment

We have super fast fiber optic internet which is essential since my husband works remotely and streams cartoons for the kid

We had some silverfish in the bathroom which is common in new buildings due to moisture but no cockroaches or ants thank god

The building is maintained perfectly and you can tell that the management company actually does its job because everything is clean and working. It is very stroller friendly with ramps everywhere and wide elevators so I never struggle to get in or out. The only downside is that the retail spaces on the ground floor are a bit expensive so buying milk at the local shop costs double compared to the supermarket.

The cleaners are here every day and the hallways smell fresh and there is never any trash lying around the mailboxes

Access is controlled by key fobs but sometimes people leave the main door propped open when moving furniture which is annoying

The inner area between buildings is a pedestrian zone with nice landscaping and playgrounds so it is safe for kids to run around

We rent a garage spot which is great but expensive while finding a spot outside for guests is absolutely impossible

This location is unbeatable for family life because you have Delta City mall right across the street for shopping and entertainment. The Sava Quay is just a ten minute walk away and we go there every weekend for long walks by the river and coffee on the rafts. The only issue is that it gets very crowded on weekends because half of Belgrade comes here to shop and hang out.

The sidewalks are wide and clean and the communal services empty the bins regularly so it looks very tidy

It is a modern concrete jungle but the greenery is maturing nicely and the proximity to the river adds a lot of charm

You have trams and buses going to all parts of the city right in front of the complex so you do not really need a car

Street parking is a nightmare and the "Eye of Falcon" system patrols constantly so you will get fined if you park illegally
