About the apartment

General
For a first home, this is a decent option, as the space is small but everything is well-distributed. We've been living here for six months and haven't had any major disappointments, although some budget-friendly amenities took some getting used to.
Security
The doors are decent, and the locks work smoothly without any sticking. There are security cameras on the floor, so I'm not too worried about the safety of my belongings in the vestibule.
Noise
It's a panel building, so the soundproofing is just awful, and I actually know what they're saying on the other side of the wall. If someone starts drilling, it feels like they're doing it right inside your head.
Renovation
We rented an apartment with a final finish from the developer, and overall, everything was done neatly. The wallpaper was hung evenly and the linoleum wasn't bubbling, so we moved in right away and started living.
View
The windows overlook the residential complex under construction, so for now we can admire the cranes and concrete blocks. I hope when everything is finished, there will be a more attractive view of the modern neighborhood.

About the building

General
The building looks simple and modern, without unnecessary pretension, but it's solidly built. The entrances are bright, and the elevators work quickly, which is important when you live on a high floor in such a large complex.
Security
The courtyard is closed to cars, which is a huge plus for children's safety. There are intercoms at the entrances, so strangers don't just wander through the building.
Yard
The playground here is fantastic, and kids from all over the neighborhood are drawn to us. There are also workout areas and benches where you can just hang out in the evening.
Parking
It's a sad situation here because there aren't enough street parking spaces even for residents of a single building. If you arrive late at night, you'll have to park somewhere in a vacant lot a kilometer away.

About the district

General
The area is new and undergoing rapid development, so infrastructure is literally appearing before our eyes. There aren't many trees yet, but everything is new and modern.
Cleanliness
The main streets are cleaned regularly, and snow is removed quickly in winter. However, construction debris from neighboring construction sites sometimes accumulates on the outskirts of the district.
Beauty
The architecture is modern and all the buildings are in a uniform style, so the area looks neat. The only thing missing is proper parks and greenery to give people a chance to breathe.
Traffic Jams
During rush hour, exits from the area can be quite congested due to narrow roads. You have to allow extra time for your morning commute to avoid being late.
Parking
The streets around the residential complex are jammed three ways, making parking nearly impossible. Parking in this area is a serious problem and remains unresolved.
Noise
The streets are fairly quiet because the main highways are just off-site. However, due to the constant construction nearby, the noise of machinery can sometimes be heard during the day.
Parks
We don't have a proper park yet, so we have to travel toward Expo for walks. They're promising to create a public garden nearby, but for now, it's just a plan.
