About the apartment

General
I live in a one-room studio apartment here and work from home as a freelancer. There's plenty of space for me, and the layout is smart, though the balcony could be bigger for morning coffee with a view of the trees.
Noise
The walls are fine, I can't hear my neighbors, but on summer weekends, I can hear the park's music from the rides and people shouting through a megaphone. Closed windows help, but airing out the room can be noisy in the evenings.
View
The view of Gorky Park's greenery is simply breathtaking, especially in the fall. I chose this residential complex for this view; it's incredibly inspiring and a real eye-opener.

About the building

General
The building is attractive, not a dreary box, and the entrance is stylish. However, due to its proximity to the city's main park, it's always bustling with random people on weekends; there's no escape from the hustle and bustle.
Yard
The courtyard is gated, cameras are everywhere, and security is on duty. But sometimes it's unnerving to see the chaotic life of cotton candy, balloons, and kebabs raging just beyond the fence.
Parking
It's just the end! On weekends, parking is impossible; the entire city comes to the park and abandons their cars under our windows. Sometimes we have to drive around the neighborhood for 20 minutes.

About the district

General
I love the Medeu district; the historic center is nearby, and there's a huge green space right next door. But this location, right next to the main entrance to the park, is a double-edged sword because of the exit traffic.
Beauty
The park outside is the neighborhood's main attraction: old trees, ponds, and alleys. In the fall, you could film a movie here; the scenery is simply magical, all yellow and red.
Transport Accessibility
There are plenty of buses running along Gogolya Street, with stops nearby. The metro is a 20-25-minute walk away, and if the weather is nice, you can even walk there.
Traffic Jams
Gogol and Pushkin streets are fine on weekdays, but on holidays and weekends, traffic is a real shambles. Leaving the courtyard on a Saturday afternoon is a real test of nerves.
Noise
Gorky Park is a constant source of background noise in the summer: squeals from the slides, music from the cafes. The only saving grace is that after 11 PM, they usually wind down their music.
