I've been living here for a year and a half now, and I can say it's one of the best housing options on the Left Bank. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and a clever division into guest and private areas.

The building is inhabited primarily by wealthy and cultured people who value peace and quiet. There are occasional chatroom disputes over parking, but it never escalates into open conflict.

The walls between apartments are thick, and you can't hear your neighbors at all. But the noise from the busy Sarayshyk Street penetrates even through closed windows, especially at night.

The developer delivered the apartment in very good condition, and the walls were practically perfect. We did a high-quality finish, and after a year and a half, nothing has cracked or come loose, which speaks volumes about the quality of the construction.

The windows overlook the modern city center, offering a simply stunning panorama. In the evening, when the lights of the left bank come on, the view truly lifts your spirits.

The building has a very impressive appearance and stands out from the surrounding complexes with its architecture. Everything inside is luxurious and high-quality, from the entrance areas to the elevator lobbies.

The courtyard is completely gated, and security at the checkpoint is on duty, screening everyone who enters. A video surveillance system covers every corner, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your property.

The courtyard is very cozy, with beautiful landscaping and cool play areas for children. There are no cars in the courtyard, so walking here is a pleasure.

There are always a shortage of guest parking spaces on the street. But the building has excellent heated parking where we have our own space, so it's not a big deal for us.

The Sarayshyk district is now the city's business hub, where everything is within easy reach. Here you can feel the rhythm of the capital, yet still find places for a quiet getaway.

The area is surrounded by modern skyscrapers and beautiful promenades. It's a pleasure to stroll through the area at any time of year, constantly captivated by the stunning architecture.

This is the area's main problem, as Saraishyk Street is jammed almost all day. You need nerves of steel and leave early if you need to be on time for a meeting.

Due to heavy traffic on the main roads, the area is quite noisy during the day. Quiet can only be found in the courtyards of residential complexes.

The river embankment and Arai Park are nearby, perfect for a morning stroll or jog. There's plenty of green space in the area for comfortable living in the city center.

Large shopping centers like Keruen are a five-minute drive away. The area itself also boasts numerous boutiques and showrooms with interesting items.

There are several good private clinics nearby where you can get quick medical care. Public clinics are just a couple of stops away.
