About the apartment

General
We've been living in Akbulak Life for almost a year now, and during this time, the apartment has truly become our home. The layout is excellent, with no unnecessary corners and all the rooms perfectly shaped, making it easy to arrange the furniture.
Neighbors
Our building is mostly populated by families, so the atmosphere is very calm and friendly. You can always arrange for quiet time or ask for help with any minor issues in the building chat.
Noise
You can hear the neighbors, but it's not critical and doesn't interfere with your rest after work. Mostly, only very loud construction noises can be heard, and normal conversations through the wall are completely inaudible.
Renovation
The builder's finish was decent, but we still freshened up the walls a bit to suit our tastes before moving in. The quality of the base materials is decent; nothing cracks or peels off over time.
Internet
The windows overlook a residential area, and I love watching the city lights in the evening. It doesn't feel like you're trapped in a box because the distance to the neighboring houses is quite considerable.

About the building

General
The building looks very neat and modern; the facades don't fade in the sun or get damaged by the constant wind. The entrances are always tidy and the elevators operate smoothly, creating a pleasant impression every day.
Cleanliness
Cleaning crews come every morning and clean everything from the entrance to the top floor. Even the elevator mirrors are kept dust-free, a fact the management company strictly enforces.
Security
The courtyard is gated, and security guards at the entrance actually check who enters the complex. I can safely let my children out into the courtyard, knowing there won't be any strangers there and no cars driving on the grounds.
Yard
The playground is simply wonderful; the kids never get bored there and always have someone to play with. There are sports areas and comfortable benches where you can sit and relax in the shade of the trees.
Parking
Parking spaces can be tight, especially if you're returning home late at night after work. You're forced to either buy a parking spot or find a free patch of land on the street.
Building Quality
The house was built to last; there was virtually no settling over the year, and no cracks appeared in the finish. The façade and window materials are high-quality, and nothing whistles in Astana's strong winds.

About the district

General
The area around Momyshuly Avenue is very lively and convenient; you can really feel the city's pulse here. Everything a large family needs is within walking distance, so a car is only necessary for commuting to work.
Cleanliness
City services strive to maintain the area's sidewalks and main roads. Snow is removed fairly quickly in winter, although snowdrifts on the shoulders of roads can occur during severe snowstorms.
Security
The area is very well lit, and it's completely safe to walk here in the evening, even with small children. There are plenty of people around and CCTV cameras, which adds to your confidence in your safety.
Beauty
The area is surrounded by modern architecture and new residential complexes that are a delight to the eye. The neighborhood appears well-maintained and developed, making living here prestigious and enjoyable.
Transport Accessibility
Buses go to all corners of the city, with numerous stops nearby and frequent service. Accessing major highways by car is also easy if you know the correct detour routes.
Traffic Jams
Momyshuly is a perpetual traffic jam during rush hour, so you just have to get used to it and accept it. In the morning and evening, you have to allow an extra twenty minutes for the commute to avoid being late for your meeting.
Parks
There are small parks nearby where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll in the evening before bed. The larger city parks are a couple of stops away, but there's plenty of space for daily exercise.
