The security is always on duty, there are cameras on every corner, and entry is by chip or face ID only. The couriers always complain about how long it takes to check them, but I feel better about it. No shady people are hanging around here.
Noise
Guys, this is "Anagi," and that says it all. The walls are solid, I can't hear my neighbors at all, you could throw a disco there. But there's a catch: Avalishvili Street has become quite busy, with cars rushing toward Saburtalo. It's a bit noisy with the window open, but the double-glazed windows here are so good, you close them and you're in a bunker.
Renovation
I was honestly blown away by the quality: the walls are straight, the screed is perfect, and the radiators were already awesome. All I need to do is tidy up. No crooked corners or cracks.
View
I have a view of Vake Park and the mountains. Morning coffee on the balcony is pure dopamine. You can barely see the city, just greenery and sky.
About the building
Cleanliness
The lobby smells like expensive perfume, seriously! They clean nonstop. Everything sparkles, marble, mirrors—it's not embarrassing when friends come over, their jaws drop right at the entrance.
Yard
We have our own terrace-park (a huge green area right inside the complex). It's quiet, green, and perfect for relaxing with a book. For Vake, where every inch is concrete, this is a lifesaver.
Utilities Stability
The biggest advantage is the private 25-meter pool and fitness center. I can just walk down in my slippers, swim, and then head back home. It completely changes my quality of life.
About the district
Transport Accessibility
The location is tricky. It's supposed to be Vake, but you're parked just a bit away from the Chavchavadze traffic. It's convenient because you can quickly sneak into Saburtalo via the new road. But during rush hour, the traffic jam builds up right at the exit from the courtyard.
Supermarkets
It's a 7-10-minute walk to a large Carrefour or Agrohub, but you have to go through the underpasses. There are small markets nearby, and coffee shops open right in the building. It's livable; a car isn't always necessary.
