The panoramic windows are the main selling point and waking up to that view of the Ada Bridge every morning makes me feel like I own the city. The apartment is super high tech but sometimes the smart home panel glitches and I cannot turn off the AC which is frustrating for the price we pay. The sound insulation is absolute perfection and I sometimes forget that I have neighbors at all because it is so quiet inside.

Security is airport level here with 24/7 concierge and strict access control so nobody gets up to your floor without permission

Everyone is very important and busy so people rarely nod in the elevator and the vibe is cold and business like

Despite being on one of the busiest streets in Belgrade the triple glazing cuts out all the traffic noise completely

The finishing is flawless with expensive Italian tiles and heavy wooden doors that feel incredibly solid and luxurious

The design is modern and minimalist with high end furniture that looks like it came straight from a showroom catalog

The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and having a built-in coffee machine was a nice touch

Having a luxury spa and a huge gym right in the building changes your lifestyle completely because there are no excuses not to work out. The lobby looks like a five star hotel and the reception staff handles all our packages and deliveries which saves us so much time. The elevators are incredibly fast so your ears pop a bit but you get to the ground floor in seconds.

Everything is polished to perfection and the cleaners are constantly working to keep the glass and marble shining

It feels like a fortress and sometimes it is even annoying when I have to go down to fetch a food delivery driver

The private piazza between the towers is beautifully landscaped and has nice cafes but it is open to the public during the day

Kneza Milosa is prestigious with all the embassies around and you are super close to the highway which makes getting to the airport easy. However walking around here is not great because the street is essentially a highway with narrow sidewalks and constant pollution. You have the Skyline park right next door which is nice for a short stroll but for real nature you need to drive to Ada.

The area around the embassies is kept impeccably clean and the landscaping is always trimmed

With police guarding every embassy on the street this is statistically the safest street in the entire country

The mix of grand old embassy buildings and our modern glass towers looks impressive and powerful

Visitor parking is available in the complex garage for a fee but finding a spot on the street nearby is impossible
