About the apartment
General
High-quality living space with lots of natural light. The daily life is comfortable, but the walls are paper-thin, which ruins the privacy aspect.
Noise
I can literally hear my neighbor sneezing or talking on the phone. If you are a light sleeper, you will struggle here without earplugs.
Internet
We have a dedicated ethernet port in the room. The speed is blazing fast, suitable for gaming or downloading huge files instantly.
About the building
General
It has a boutique feel, not like a massive dorm. The terrace is a great spot to socialize. The food in the cafeteria is decent but portions are small.
Cleanliness
The maintenance staff does an incredible job. The hallways and common rooms are always spotless and smell fresh.
Security
Entry is controlled via biometrics or keycards. The reception staff is present 24/7 and they know most residents by face.
About the district
General
Gràcia is simply the best. It’s chic, safe, and full of amazing cafes. You are close to Passeig de Gràcia for luxury shopping.
Beauty
The streets are pedestrian-friendly and full of trees. It is arguably the most beautiful and charming part of the city.
