About the apartment

General
Finally, a condo that isn't a shoebox! The 1-bedroom units here are massive (around 60 sqm), which is double the size of modern condos nearby. The ceilings are very high, making it feel even bigger. You get incredible value for money per square meter.
Noise
The building is right on Phetchaburi Road, which is busy 24/7. If you open the windows, the traffic noise is loud. You have to keep the glass doors shut to maintain peace.
Renovation
The design is definitely stuck in the 2000s. Expect lots of dark brown wood, beige tiles, and "grandma-style" curtains. It’s not stylish or modern, but it’s functional.

About the building

General
It’s a solid, reliable building. No fancy "co-working glamping" spaces, just the essentials. The swimming pool is on a high floor with a nice view, but the tiles are a bit old. The sauna is a nice bonus.
Parking
Since this is an older project, the parking ratio is much better than in new buildings. You can almost always find a spot, which is a luxury in this part of town.

About the district

General
Ratchathewi is the most underrated location. You are literally a 15-minute walk from Siam Paragon and the main shopping district. You save so much money on transport just by walking to the malls.
Transport Accessibility
BTS Ratchathewi is 5 minutes away. It is only one stop to the Interchange (Siam) and one stop to the Airport Link (Phaya Thai). Strategic perfection for getting around.
