The apartment is absolutely stunning, very bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows perfect for content. I've been living here for six months; my parents rent it. Visual appeal was important to me, and I wanted it to be easily accessible by taxi to the university.
Security
FaceID login is the best—no need to rummage through your bag for your keys. Security in the lobby always says hello, and they don't let couriers in unnecessarily. I feel completely safe.
Neighbors
The neighbors are mostly young and stylish, and the elevator always smells deliciously of expensive perfume. But there are also families with children, who sometimes ruin the vibe with their noise in the hallway.
Noise
This is real cringe, the walls are like cardboard, you can literally hear everything. I can't record stories properly because the neighbor upstairs is always dropping something or drilling something, it's incredibly annoying.
Renovation
The renovation was done by designers, all in light tones, minimalism, and zero visual noise. The materials are high-quality, including parquet floors and tile in the bathroom—a real dream, perfect for photos.
Furniture
The furniture is stylish, built-in, the wardrobe fits all my outfits, and the floor-length mirrors are a must-have. The sofa is soft and photogenic, the bed is huge, and sleeping is a pleasure.
Appliances
Everything is built-in, nothing sticks out, the kitchen looks like a Pinterest board. The washer-dryer is a lifesaver; you don't have to hang laundry all over the apartment like grandma.
Internet
The Wi-Fi is lightning fast, I can load 4K videos in seconds, and streams are lag-free. The router is hidden in the panel, so there are no wires sticking out, so I get a special thumbs up for that.
View
There's a mountain view, but it's somewhat obscured by the other 4You buildings unless you step out onto the balcony. However, the courtyard glows beautifully in the evening, perfect for gazing at the city lights with a cup of tea.
About the building
General
The residential complex itself is very Instagrammable, the facades are stylish, and the lobby looks like an upscale hotel. You wouldn't be embarrassed to invite friends or a boyfriend here; everyone immediately appreciates the quality.
Cleanliness
The entryways are always clean, the mirrors are polished to a shine, you can take photos right in the elevator. The cleaners work discreetly, like ninjas; I didn't see any trash anywhere.
Security
The courtyard is closed to cars and strangers, making it impossible to enter without a key. Security is on duty. There are cameras everywhere, even on the fire escapes, so I give the security a solid A.
Yard
The landscape design—a cannon, hammocks, swings—is all very green and well-kept. In the evening, there's a special atmosphere here, with the trees illuminated, and walking is a pleasure, as long as the kids aren't screaming.
Demographics
There are lots of beautiful people, young people, bloggers—it's a real concentration of the successful and fashionable. There are no old ladies on the benches, no one gossips or looks at you askance.
About the district
General
The location is top-notch, everything is close by, Mega is just across the street, and you can walk to the shops. The area is prestigious, clean, and it's a pleasure to just be here and stroll around.
Cleanliness
The surrounding area is immaculate, the lawns are perfect, the sidewalks are smooth, and you won't break your heels. The trash bins are beautiful and stink-free, and there are recycling bins everywhere—it's environmentally friendly.
Security
I even walk around at night; the neighborhood is vibrant, the lighting is bright, and the patrols are frequent. It's not scary at all; the people around are reasonable, and there are no suspicious types.
Beauty
The architecture around is modern, glass, concrete, and greenery—it looks like Europe. There are plenty of great photoshoot locations right next to the house, so you don't even have to go anywhere.
Transport Accessibility
I only take taxis, but sometimes I have to wait a long time for a car because of the traffic jams on Gagarin Street. I've seen the buses, the stops are nice, but I haven't gone inside; it's not my thing.
Traffic Jams
The traffic is terribly annoying; during rush hour, it can take an hour to get to the city center, even though it's only a short distance away. The Al-Farabi interchange is always at a standstill, causing taxi drivers to frequently cancel their orders.
Demographics
The people around me are all successful, with expensive cars and designer clothes—it's a feast for the eyes. There are no drunks or marginalized people, just an atmosphere of prosperity and success.
Noise
You can hear the noise from the avenue if you open the window; Gagarin Avenue is a busy street, after all. Sometimes you can hear construction next door, which slightly spoils the impression of the "luxury" apartment.
Parks
The alley on Gagarin Street is nice, but you need to drive to get to the actual park. Presidential Park is beautiful, but it's too lazy to walk there; it's better to take a five-minute taxi ride.
Restaurants
There are tons of trendy places around, and you can get poached eggs for breakfast at a different place every day. Food delivery is perfect, with everything hot delivered within 20 minutes.
Coffee Shops
There are more coffee shops than people, matcha lattes and proper desserts on every corner. I'm a regular here, and the baristas already know what to make for me, which is really nice.
