I calmly let my wife go for a walk with the dog in the evening, the streetlights are shining, there are plenty of cameras.
Neighbors
The crowd is varied, but well-off. Diplomats, businessmen. At first, they looked askance at our Labrador in the elevator, but when they saw that we always had bags and were on a leash, they relaxed. Now they're greeting him and petting him.
Noise
Guys, after Vake, it's deafeningly quiet here. You can actually hear the birds and the rustling of the trees. We live on the second floor, and it feels like you're in the countryside at a dacha. No car noise, sirens, or construction (even though the neighboring buildings are still being finished, it's quiet there). The dog no longer twitches at every rustle.
About the building
Utilities Stability
There is a swimming pool (outdoor and indoor), a gym, and even a stable nearby.
Yard
This is a major plus. The grounds are huge! It's a dog lover's paradise—you can run laps inside the complex without going outside. The lawns are mowed, the paths are washed. Important: dog waste is mandatory; they strictly enforce this, and can even issue a warning or a fine.
Parking
It's interesting here. Cars are parked in the underground garage (expensive!), but you can't drive your own car on the grounds to avoid making noise. Golf carts are available. It's fun, and the kids love it.
About the district
General
If you have children, a large dog, a car, and hate the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the best place in Tbilisi. It's like living in a sanatorium.
Transport Accessibility
There's nothing to do here without a car. Buses are infrequent, and the metro is far away. You can take a taxi, but heading out of Krtsanisi toward the center during morning rush hour means sitting in traffic on a narrow road.
Stray Animals
There are packs of stray dogs (microchipped, but barking) that hang out near construction sites and trash dumps. So we walk outside the gates with caution.
Supermarkets
This is the main problem. There are no decent large supermarkets within walking distance (should you even wear slippers?). There are small shops. For serious groceries, we drive to Carrefour or Fresco in Ortachala once a week. Glovo/Wolt delivery is always available.
