As a professional, I can say that this house was built with care and the layout is among the best in the area. After living there for a year, I couldn't find any fault with the finish because the developer used high-quality materials that don't crumble after a month.

The soundproofing is okay, but if the neighbors upstairs are running around, you'll hear it. Otherwise, the walls between the apartments are thick, and conversations from behind the walls don't bother us at all.

The connection works flawlessly, and the router has a stable signal in every room. It's a lifesaver for kids and their studies because nothing freezes at the most crucial moment.

Our windows overlook the courtyard, and I like it because there's no road dust. In the evening, when the courtyard lights are turned on, the picture is very cozy and homey.

The apartment is very bright thanks to the large windows and the building's favorable location relative to the sun. Even on gray winter days, our house is bright and we don't need to turn on the lights at lunchtime.

The house is truly beautiful, and the façade looks impressive thanks to the high-quality cladding. Inside, everything is designed with people in mind, and the management company is 100% responsible for its work.

You can wear socks in the hallways because they clean them several times a day. The elevator mirrors are always polished to a shine, and there's no construction debris on the floors.

The courtyard is gated, and the security guards actually keep strangers out, not just there for show. The video surveillance system works reliably, and you can monitor your children on the playground using a phone app.

The playground is simply gorgeous, designed in an autumnal style with a soft surface and tons of climbing structures. It's the best courtyard in the area, and even people from neighboring residential complexes try to sneak in for a stroll.

Parking, like everywhere else on the Left Bank, is a hassle, and finding a spot in the evening is nearly impossible. The only saving grace is the parking space we rent separately to avoid the hassle.

There were no power surges or unexpected water outages. The elevators operate like clockwork and have never stalled.

The area is currently the most sought-after in the city because everything is close by. Living here is prestigious and convenient, especially if you have school-age children.

This is the only major drawback, as Kerey Zhanibek Khandar Street is perpetually jammed. Leaving the area in the morning and evening becomes a real survival quest.

The Botanical Garden is just steps away, and it's the main highlight of the location. We walk there every weekend, and it's truly the best park in Astana.

The residential complex and its surrounding area are full of shops and pharmacies that stay open late. You can buy everything from fresh bread to plumbing parts without leaving the neighborhood.

There are a ton of top schools nearby, including the Binom Lyceum, so you don't have to worry about your children's education. They don't have to cross major roads and walk to class on their own.
