About the apartment

General
It is perfect if you want to avoid the party scene and actually focus on your degree. The room is not huge, but it is extremely comfortable and the daily cleaning service makes you feel like you live in a hotel.
Noise
This is the biggest selling point: absolute silence. Located near the forest, there is zero traffic noise at night; you only hear birds chirping in the morning.
Internet
The connection is wired and very stable, suitable for online exams or video calls. I have never experienced any downtime or lag while studying.

About the building

General
It feels more like a country club than a student residence. We have our own bus service to universities, and the dining hall offers a healthy buffet (grilled fish, salads) which is amazing.
Security
It is a gated community with 24/7 security guards at the entrance. It is probably the safest place to live in the entire city; nothing ever happens here.
Yard
The grounds are massive, basically a private park. There are paddle tennis courts, a football pitch, and a swimming pool surrounded by grass.

About the district

General
Sarrià is the posh, upper-class part of Barcelona. It is extremely safe, green, and full of expensive bakeries, but it lacks the chaotic energy of the center.
Cleanliness
The streets here are pristine. There is no graffiti, no trash on the sidewalks, and the air quality is much better than downtown because of the proximity to the mountain.
Transport Accessibility
The biggest downside is the isolation. You have to rely on the FGC train (Reina Elisenda stop) to get to Plaza Catalunya, which takes time and stops running around midnight during the week.
