About the apartment

General
I rented a European-style two-room apartment on a high floor here. It's perfect for a bachelor who's constantly working. The building is new, the layout is great, the ceilings are high, and it feels spacious and airy.
Neighbors
The neighbors are also young entrepreneurs, expats, and top managers. No one bothers anyone else, we say hello in the elevator, there's no drilling on the weekends, and the atmosphere is completely relaxed.
View
The view of the mountains and Al-Farabi is truly stunning. In the evening, when the avenue is stuck in traffic (which is annoying), those red lights look absolutely stunning from above.

About the building

General
The complex has a prestigious appearance, the architecture is modern, and the lobby is like a fine hotel—it's a great place to invite business partners. However, the winds blowing between the towers are so strong that they can sometimes blow you off your feet.
Security
The security is actually working, not just sleeping in a booth. The area is closed, couriers are stopped at reception, and strangers are not allowed to wander the floors.
Yard
The courtyard is car-free, the lawns are beautiful, and there are workout areas. However, due to the high-rise buildings, the sun rarely reaches it, and the aerodynamic effect of the tunnel makes walking around uncomfortable.
Parking
Parking is great if you've bought a space. The elevator goes right up to your car. But street parking is minimal, making it impossible for friends to park in the evening.

About the district

General
This location is perfect for those who are constantly on the go and want to be at the center of things. Al-Farabi and Seifullina are the two main thoroughfares, but the traffic jams are mind-blowing. If you work remotely, it's a real treat—you don't have to travel anywhere.
Cleanliness
The area around the residential complex and the neighboring business centers is spotlessly clean, and the street cleaners are working hard. However, the heavy traffic creates a fair amount of dust, and the windows get dirty quickly.
Security
It's safer here than in a bunker. Police patrols are nonstop, and there are Sergek cameras on every lamppost. You can go get coffee at night with your MacBook under your arm and not worry at all.
Beauty
Modern urbanism: glass, concrete, neon signs. It looks cool, like a mini-Dubai, but they clearly haven't brought in any trees or greenery.
Transport Accessibility
There are plenty of buses, and there are dedicated lanes. But I don't use public transport; I drive or call Yandex (Comfort+). A taxi arrives in two minutes.
Noise
The city blares sirens and roars with its straight-through exhaust pipes 24/7. At night, underage racers on Al-Farabi keep you up if you suddenly decide to air out the house.
