About the apartment

General
The studio is incredibly small (approx 22-23 sqm). It feels like living in a college dorm room. If you have a lot of stuff or luggage, you will struggle. It works for sleeping, but I get cabin fever if I stay inside the room all day.
Noise
The walls are thin. With so many units per floor, you constantly hear doors slamming or people walking in the corridor. Soundproofing is definitely a weak point.
Renovation
The design is beautiful—very "Nordic", lots of light wood and white tones. It feels bright and clean. The balcony is tiny, basically just enough to dry two t-shirts.
Internet
Fiber internet is stable and fast. This is non-negotiable for me, and the infrastructure here handles video calls perfectly.

About the building

General
This is why I moved here: the facilities are insane. The co-working space is massive (open 24/7), looks like a library, and has great Wi-Fi. There is even a Starbucks inside the complex. You theoretically never need to leave.
Yard
The gardens are huge and lush. They have an urban farm where they grow vegetables for residents. The swimming pool is 50 meters long (Olympic size), great for actual exercise, not just dipping
Demographics
It is a massive community. Lots of Chinese students and young Thai office workers. It can feel a bit impersonal because there are just so many people everywhere.

About the district

General
Huai Khwang has become the "New Chinatown". If you love spicy Mala hotpot and Chinese street food, this is heaven—restaurants are open until 4 AM. But it is chaotic, loud, and messy.
Transport Accessibility
Pracha Uthit Road is a disaster zone. It is a narrow two-lane road that is constantly gridlocked. Grab taxis often refuse to come here during peak hours because they know they will get stuck.
