Let me say right away: this is a place with a "wow" factor, but it requires compromises. Its main advantage over neighboring aparthotels is the presence of gas heating (be sure to check if there's a boiler; some apartments don't!).
Security
The apartment has high-quality metal doors and electronic locks, providing complete privacy.
Neighbors
The crowd is mixed: lots of freelancers, digital nomads, and even business owners who come for the summer. I didn't encounter any marginalized individuals; everyone was polite and busy with their own affairs.
Noise
The main source of noise here isn't the neighbors, but nature and construction. During storms, the panoramic windows can whistle and hum.
Renovation
The renovations are mostly designer, and the price is high for "rent-to-own." However, due to humidity and wind, check the corners near windows—condensation or blown-out seals can sometimes occur.
View
This is what people live here for. Sunsets right into the sea, views of the park. 100% aesthetic pleasure.
About the building
General
The complex looks modern and stylish, with interesting architecture and "wave-like" balconies. However, the building's maintenance leaves some questions, given the class of the housing.
Cleanliness
The lobby looks presentable and is cleaned regularly. The elevators are clean. However, construction dust sometimes accumulates in the common corridors.
Security
Video surveillance, concierge service. But access to the courtyard is free.
Yard
The private grounds are minimal. There's a small playground, but it's more of a show-stopper. There's no proper yard for walking, but fortunately, there's a boulevard nearby.
About the district
General
The location is strategically very advantageous. You're at the end of Novy Boulevard, where the streets are wide and the Old Town isn't crowded.
Cleanliness
The most well-maintained and modern district of Batumi. A wide embankment, bike paths, palm trees, and fountains. No trash or chaotic development.
Noise
The area is quiet, with no nightclubs right outside. The only downside is the proximity of the airport. Planes land over the sea, visible and audible, but you quickly get used to it.
Restaurants
There's a restaurant and a coffee shop in the building itself. The shopping center has a food court. There are plenty of eateries along the embankment, but the prices are higher than average.
Shopping
The Metro City shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. It has a mid-sized Carrefour, clothing stores, and ATMs. This covers 90% of your daily needs without having to travel downtown.
