Visually, the studio is stunning and modern, exactly like the pictures. However, the functionality is lacking — specifically the water pressure and temperature stability.

The soundproofing is actually excellent. Once you close the window, it is dead silent, which is perfect for focusing on work or studies.

The kitchen appliances are brand new and look great. But the water heater has given me trouble multiple times, leaving me with freezing showers.

Great facilities like the gym and cinema, but the management is bureaucratic. They take forever to reply to emails regarding simple maintenance requests.

The construction quality is high-end. Everything feels solid, the elevators are fast, and the common areas are kept in pristine condition.

We had a major incident with the hot water supply that lasted for days. For the price we pay, these kinds of utility failures are unacceptable.

It’s Esplugues, so it’s safe but very dull. There is nothing to do here except go to the mall. You feel a bit disconnected from the real Barcelona vibe.

Very safe, family-oriented neighborhood. You can walk around at any time of day or night without looking over your shoulder.
