Security
The room access is controlled by a keycard system which feels very secure. I never felt worried about leaving my valuables inside the room.
Noise
Soundproofing between rooms is surprisingly good, I rarely hear my neighbors. However, the street noise on Friday and Saturday nights is intense due to the club nearby.
Internet
The Wi-Fi is lightning fast and covers the entire building seamlessly. I can stream 4K video and game without any lag.
About the building
Cleanliness
The common areas, lobby, and hallways are cleaned multiple times a day. It always smells fresh and looks spotless despite the high traffic of people.

Demographics
It is a mix of international students and young entrepreneurs. Everyone is between 20 and 30 years old, creating a very energetic atmosphere.
Utilities Stability
Never experienced a power outage or water cut. The air conditioning system is central and works reliably even during heatwaves.
About the district
Security
Poblenou is generally safe during the day with lots of office workers. At night, some streets can be empty and dark, but I haven't had issues.
Transport Accessibility
The Marina metro stop and tram line are just around the corner. It is super easy to get to the city center or the beach within minutes.
