About the apartment

General
This is a brand new complex, and it shows. Everything just works. The layout is super logical. No weird curved walls or long corridors. Just efficient space. The Balcony: Massive. I have my home office set up on the balcony in the summer. Soundproofing: Incredible. There is a massive construction site next door (The One), and I barely hear it when windows are closed.
Neighbors
Lots of expats and young professionals.
Noise
Very quiet inside.
View
City views. Some overlook the park, others overlook the road.

About the building

General
This place was built for millennials. There is a bike station. There are smart lockers for deliveries (so you don't need to be home). The Pool: Two pools! One on the roof, one in the garden. The roof one has amazing views. The Gym: Actually usable, not just a treadmill in a closet.
Yard
Nice internal garden.

About the district

General
Praça de Espanha used to be just a bus terminal, but now it’s becoming the new cool center. The new park is awesome. Walkability: You are close to El Corte Inglés and the Gulbenkian. Metro: Station is 2 mins away. Cons: It still feels a bit like a construction zone because so many new buildings are going up.
Cleanliness
Clean new streets.
Beauty
Modern and green (thanks to the new park).
Transport Accessibility
Metro Blue line.
Parking
Paid street parking.
Parks
Gonçalo Ribeiro Telles Park is beautiful.
