The apartment is super compact but the layout is genius so I fit my entire life into 40 square meters without feeling claustrophobic. The huge floor to ceiling windows are my favorite part because the natural light is insane but in the summer it gets hot like a greenhouse instantly. I love the smart home features that let me turn off the iron from my phone because I am always paranoid about leaving it on.
Security
The video intercom is high tech and records anyone who rings the bell so I can check the history when I get back from work
Neighbors
Most people here work in the tech companies across the street so it is a very young and polite crowd but nobody really socializes
Noise
Construction of the new phase next door is ongoing and the drilling noise starts at 7 AM sharp which kills any chance of sleeping in
Renovation
The finishing is beautiful with premium parquet and Italian ceramics that are easy to clean and look very chic for Instagram photos
View
Currently I am looking at a construction crane and a pit of mud but hopefully in a year it will be a nice park view
About the building
General
The concept of a wellness garden inside is amazing and seeing so much greenery makes you forget you are in the middle of a concrete business district. The lobby looks like a boutique hotel and the concierge always smiles but the maintenance fees are honestly shocking for the size of the apartment. There is a bike room which is super convenient because I cycle to the river on weekends.
Cleanliness
It is spotless everywhere and the glass facade is cleaned regularly by alpinists so the building always looks shiny and new
Security
You need a card to get anywhere including the stairwell so it would be very hard for a thief to get in unnoticed
Yard
The Zen garden between the buildings is beautifully landscaped with plants and benches and it is a strict no car zone
Parking
The garage is bright and has chargers for electric cars which is forward thinking but the spots are quite expensive to rent
About the district
General
Living next to Airport City means my commute is a five minute walk which is the ultimate luxury in Belgrade traffic. The area is very sterile and corporate though so on weekends it feels a bit dead and empty like a ghost town. You have to drive or take a bus to get to a proper farmers market or a cozy cafe that isn't a chain like Starbucks.
Cleanliness
The boulevards here are wide and perfectly maintained with manicured lawns and zero trash on the sidewalks
Security
With all the corporate offices around there are security cameras and guards everywhere so it is super safe at any hour
Beauty
It is modern and clean architecture which I like but it lacks the soul and history of the old town streets
Transport Accessibility
Lots of buses pass by on the main boulevard connecting to all parts of the city but they are often crowded
Traffic Jams
Getting out of the garage at 5 PM is a struggle because the main road is jammed with everyone leaving work at the same time
Parking
Street parking is zoned and aggressively patrolled by the Falcon eye system so guests always struggle to find a spot
