We spent a long time choosing a location and finally settled here. After the bustling city center, it's pure paradise. The low-rise buildings and huge terraces make it feel like you're living in a country residence, but with all the amenities of the city. The apartment is very bright and spacious.
Security
Security is a cult here. Concierge service, paramilitary security, endless checks at the entrance. I have complete peace of mind for my children when they're out and about on the property. There are no strangers here, really.
Neighbors
The people in our circle are businessmen, high-ranking officials, and public figures. Everyone is very polite and respectful of privacy. But sometimes there's a sense of over-the-top pomposity; some neighbors act as if they own the place.
Noise
The silence is perfect. The only sounds are the wind rushing down from the mountains and the birds singing in the morning. No cars, construction sites, or shouting outside. There's no better place for quality sleep and rest.
Insects
Since we live practically in the mountains, moths and forest insects can fly in during the summer. However, the property is regularly disinfected, so there are no problems.
View
The view of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains here is the best in the city. It feels like you can reach out and touch the peaks. The city below is often shrouded in smog, but here we always have clear skies.
About the building
General
This is one of the few complexes in Almaty that truly lives up to its deluxe status. The quality of the materials, the architecture, the service—everything is top-notch.
Cleanliness
Sterile cleanliness. Landscape designers and gardeners work daily. The entrances resemble the lobbies of an expensive hotel.
Security
A multi-level access system. You can't even enter the elevator without a special card that takes you only to your floor. Maximum privacy.
Yard
The courtyard is a work of art. Alpine slides, rare plants, streams, and very stylish seating areas. There's no clutter of brightly colored plastic; everything is eco-friendly.
Parking
The parking lot is huge, bright, and has wide spaces. There are charging stations for electric cars. My SUV fits in there without a problem, and there's still room for bikes and seasonal gear.
About the district
General
The area above Al-Farabi Avenue offers prestige and ecology. But it's important to understand that the price you pay for the quiet is remoteness. Living here without a car and driver is impossible.
Beauty
Nature, mountains, proximity to First President Park. You get aesthetic pleasure just from driving home.
Transport Accessibility
There's no public transportation here, and it's unnecessary. The drive to Al-Farabi takes 5-7 minutes, but there's no way to get anywhere on foot.
Traffic Jams
In the morning, exiting the roads toward Navoi or Dulati can be jammed because everyone is heading down to the city. But this is nothing compared to the traffic jams in the residential areas.
Parks
The First President's Park is just a few minutes' drive away. Also nearby is the Zhailau Golf Resort, a great place for strolls and relaxation.
Supermarkets
There are no small shops nearby. We go to Esentai Gourmet for groceries or order delivery. The couriers take a long time to get here, and sometimes they get confused.
Hospitals
There are good private rehabilitation centers and clinics in this area. We're not interested in outpatient clinics; we use our family doctor.
Schools
Several of the city's top international schools (TAMOS, Haileybury) are nearby. This is one of the reasons we chose this area.
