My windows face the courtyard, so I can't really complain about the noise, but I've often heard from my neighbors that if their windows face the street, it's quite noisy.

The yard is green, a real oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle. I'm very happy with the view from the windows.

The building is sturdy, and the developer does a good job. There are no major complaints about heat (or lack thereof), and the materials used in construction are high-quality. Unlike other new buildings, there are no concerns about the structural integrity.

The entrances are washed regularly, and the inside is always clean and well-maintained. I haven't noticed any dirt on the outside either, so everything is great in that regard, too.

The security is good, they don't sleep on duty, and they don't let strangers in. Throughout my entire life, I've never had any questions or doubts about this.

Well, the parking situation is the same as in many residential complexes – spaces aren't always available, and they're expensive. Well, that's a common problem, so I won't dwell on it. It's important to keep in mind that there definitely won't be enough free spaces for all the residents.

The internet is stable, I haven't noticed any interruptions. It's fast and high-quality. I have Silknet and Magti installed.

The metro is nearby (a 15-minute walk), but the commute is certainly not the most pleasant and you wouldn't call it a walk. The sidewalk is narrow and the road is noisy. But these are not far, so it's okay.

Leaving home in the morning for the center means being stuck in a traffic jam right from the garage door. Returning in the evening is the same. During rush hour, this stretch of street is completely at a standstill.

The street is narrow and noisy. Traffic is one-way, and drivers honk their horns constantly due to the congestion.

There's a Spar and Nikora pharmacy right in the building or next door. You don't have to go far for groceries.
