About the apartment

Security
For a single mom, this is perfect. I can easily let my little one (he's 6) play in the yard alone, and I can watch from the balcony. There's security at the entrance, and there are no strangers at all. I feel protected, even when I come home late.
Neighbors
That's the most interesting part! We have a building-wide chat on Telegram/WhatsApp, and it's very lively. It's not just people arguing over parking, but people actually chatting. Someone's inviting us to a barbecue, someone's looking for company for a run. I've already spotted a couple of cute single dads there. It's a real "homey village" atmosphere, and it's easy to meet new people.
Renovation
The houses are low-rise (not anthills), and the build quality is good. It's very warm, and I don't have any mold (though I was worried it was the humidity from the lake). The layouts are modern, with large terraces.
View
I have a top-down view of the city. Tbilisi is ablaze with lights in the evening—it's incredibly romantic, but it's a shame I don't have anyone to share it with yet.

About the building

Yard
It's truly a "city within a city." Cars are parked only in underground garages or on the perimeter, and the courtyards are filled with greenery, paths, and playgrounds. The cleanliness is sterile, and gardeners constantly trim the bushes.
Parking
I have a parking space; I take the elevator down. It's more difficult for guests—security only lets you in with a phone call, and they have to park in the guest area.

About the district

Transport Accessibility
It's difficult to get around here without a car. Taxis arrive quickly, but paying for them is expensive. Buses are infrequent.
Parks
But Lisi Lake itself is nearby. It's the main catwalk of the area. Everyone runs there, walks their dogs, and drinks coffee. Lots of handsome guys jogging in the mornings.
Restaurants
There are absolutely NO clubs or discos here. For a lively nightlife, you have to go down to Saburtalo or Vake (15-20 minutes by taxi). Life here comes to a standstill after 10:00 PM.
Supermarkets
There's a small market and a pharmacy inside the complex (prices are above average). For diapers and food, I go down to Goodwill or Agrohub.
