About the apartment

Neighbors
There are a lot of young people, students (apparently renting), and some foreigners. There are also families. It's generally quiet, but you can occasionally hear someone doing renovations—the house is new, and many people are still settling in.
Noise
Ladies, I'll tell you right away—this is Shartava. It's one of the noisiest streets in the city. If you open the balcony, the noise is terrifying, and ambulance and police sirens are constantly blaring (there are hospitals nearby). But! Thanks to my husband, we checked the windows before moving in. With the doors closed, the baby sleeps peacefully, and the soundproofing of the facade is good. But it's better to ventilate the apartment at night.
Furniture
The apartments here are unique because of the towers' shape—the walls are slightly rounded. Arranging the furniture was quite a challenge, especially fitting the crib into the corner. But it looks stylish, and the panoramic windows are a joy. It's very bright.

About the building

Yard
This is my biggest problem. There's no yard to really walk around with a child. You walk out of the building and you're practically right on the road. There's a small patch of land, but it's not very spacious. It's difficult to walk around with a stroller here; you have to go somewhere further.
Parking
There's nothing to do here without a parking space. You can't leave your car on Shartava Street—the tow trucks are like beasts, and there's never a space. We rent a spot downstairs, which is very convenient: straight from the apartment to the elevator and into the car, no need to lug around a car seat and bags.

About the district

Traffic Jams
It's convenient for my husband to get to work; the center is nearby. But the traffic jams in Shartava are hell. Everything here is at a standstill in the morning and evening.
Supermarkets
There's everything downstairs! Spar is open 24/7, there are pharmacies, banks, coffee shops—I can just go down in my pajamas for milk or diapers. It's a lifesaver.
