About the apartment

General
Finally, a condo that feels like a real home! Unlike modern buildings, the units here are huge (1-bedrooms start at ~45-50 sqm). The ceiling height is amazing (almost 3 meters), making it feel incredibly spacious and airy.
Noise
If your unit faces the BTS track (which many do), prepare for the "click-clack" of the train from 6 AM to midnight. It’s loud. You get used to it, but soundproofing could be better.
Renovation
The design is a bit "2010s retro-futurism". The famous purple-tinted windows are cool from the outside, but they make everything inside look a bit gloomy/dark on cloudy days. The flooring and bathroom fixtures are showing their age. But This is a rare find—a massive, usable balcony. You can actually put a table and chairs there and have dinner. In new condos, balconies are just for the AC compressor, but here it’s a living space.

About the building

General
The direct skywalk connection to BTS Thong Lo is the ultimate luxury. When it pours with rain, you just walk straight into the station without getting a drop on you. It saves so much stress during the monsoon season. The pool and gym are adequate but not exciting. They lack the "wow factor" of newer projects like Park Origin. It’s functional, cleaner, but a bit boring.
Utilities Stability
Despite the building's age, the Juristic office manages it well. The elevators are fast, and the security is polite. The 7-Eleven downstairs is huge and very well-stocked.

About the district

General
Thong Lo is the "Beverly Hills" of Bangkok. It’s the epicenter of high-end nightlife, speakeasy bars, and fancy Japanese dining. If you have money to burn, this is the best place to be.
Traffic Jams
Sukhumvit Road around Thong Lo is a permanent parking lot. Also, turning into Soi 55 (Thong Lo road) can take 20 minutes just for the turn. Stick to the BTS or walk.
Demographics
Very Hi-So Thai crowd and wealthy Japanese expats. It feels sophisticated and safe, very different from the touristy chaos of Nana or Asoke.
