About the apartment

General
If you have a large dog, this is a great option ONLY because there's a park nearby. But be prepared to fight with security guards over lawns and listen to your neighbor snoring next door))) But it's fun and a great place to hang out!
Neighbors
Anthill))) There are A LOT of people. The elevator is always crowded, some with children, some with bags. At first, Archie and I were afraid to go in, people were afraid, like "killer dog," but now we've gotten used to it. There are a lot of Russians and Ukrainians, so it's easy to make friends.
Noise
The walls here are like cardboard!! I'm serious. We can hear the neighbor upstairs sneezing, and the neighbor downstairs arguing with his wife on the phone. When our Archie barks at the delivery guy, the whole floor shakes.))) If you want silence, get soundproofing right away. We skimped on the money and now we're suffering.
Renovation
We're getting renovations from the developer (we're doing the square footage ourselves). It's kind of... The laminate is cheap, the baseboards are falling off, but at least everything was bright and clean when we moved in. It's livable.

About the building

Yard
The yard is HUGE! You could literally walk in circles around it. It's spotlessly clean, the grass is green... BUT! It's a war with dogs here!))) The guards run around and yell if, God forbid, a dog even puts a paw on the grass. "Don't go there, don't go there!" It's incredibly annoying))) I have to run outside to pee, and then walk inside on a leash.
Parking
We rent a space underground; there's no other way. There's NEVER room in the courtyard; it's a real hunger game there in the evenings for a patch of asphalt. If you have guests, they'll have to take a taxi; parking is impossible.

About the district

Parks
The best part is the Hippodrome (Central Park) across the street! We cross the street and Archie runs around there without a leash for hours. It's a lifesaver for a big dog. If it weren't for the park, we'd go crazy in the apartment.
Shopping
There's EVERYTHING downstairs. Supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, a pizzeria, a beauty salon... You could practically stay in the complex for months.
