About the apartment

General
The aesthetic is breathtaking. The signature "curved glass" corner windows offer a panoramic view of the city that no other building has. However, living in a glass box means it gets incredibly hot during the day; the AC bill is astronomical because you are fighting the sun constantly.
Noise
Despite being high up, the Asoke intersection is the loudest place in the city. You can hear the sirens of ambulances and police cars 24/7, even through the thick glass.
Renovation
Very luxurious materials—real stone, premium fittings, and high ceilings. But for the price tag, the finishing touches sometimes feel a bit rushed (e.g., cabinet doors not aligning perfectly).
View
Unrivaled. You are in the dead center of Bangkok. At night, seeing the lights of Sukhumvit and the traffic streams below feels like being in a movie like Blade Runner.

About the building

General
It is the most recognizable building in the area. The "Blue Cave" swimming pool and the botanical garden on the upper floors are stunning. However, there is a constant background anxiety among residents regarding the ongoing legal lawsuit about the building's entrance permit.
Security
Security is very strict. Delivery drivers are not allowed up; you have to meet them in the lobby. It feels very private and exclusive.
Utilities Stability
High-speed elevators. Your ears actually pop when going up. I rarely wait more than 30 seconds, which is impressive for a high-rise.

About the district

General
Location, location, location. You are strictly 0 meters from the MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asoke interchange. You have Terminal 21 mall literally across the street for food and shopping.
Traffic Jams
Do not own a car here. The Asoke intersection is world-famous for being gridlocked. Getting out of the parking lot can take 30 minutes. You must rely on the trains.
