About the apartment

General
I'm renting a one-room apartment on a high floor here while I'm studying at university. The apartment is okay, and the square footage is more than enough for one person. The location is crucial, but since it's a high-rise building, the weather and wind are a bit tricky.
Security
The lock is standard, the door is heavy. There are security cameras on the floor, so couriers can leave food outside the door without anyone stealing it.
Noise
I can't really hear my neighbors through the walls, maybe I'm lucky. But if the wind is strong outside, the sound on the balcony and in the ventilation shaft is so loud it sounds like ghosts are about to crawl out. It was creepy at first, but then I got used to it.
View
The mountain view is simply stunning. In the evening, gazing at the city lights from the balcony is a special kind of experience; you don't even have to go outside.

About the building

General
The buildings are massive towers, they look epic. But this is a typical business-class hive of activity. There are tons of people, and the courtyard infrastructure simply can't handle the influx.
Cleanliness
The hallways are clean, and the elevators are cleaned regularly. But because the building is so crowded and people are constantly moving in and out, the freight elevator is always littered with pieces of cardboard and construction dust.
Security
There's security, but it's of little use. The courtyard is a thoroughfare for couriers of all stripes, and tailing someone into the building isn't a problem at all.
Parking
It's a complete mess. I don't have a car, but I see what happens at the barrier in the evenings. There are endless lines, honking, swearing, taxi drivers blocking the entrance. Total chaos.

About the district

General
The area is simply perfect for a hassle-free lifestyle. A huge shopping mall is literally 50 meters from the entrance. You could spend weeks without leaving the neighborhood; everything is within easy reach.
Cleanliness
The area around Mega is spotlessly clean. The lawns are watered, the paths are smooth, and it's pleasant to stroll.
Security
The lighting at night is just like daytime. There are always lots of people, patrols are on the move, and the mall's security guards are always on hand. It's completely safe.
Beauty
A modern cityscape. Just down Kablukova Street is the river embankment, which has also been improved and looks quite cool.
Transport Accessibility
The bus stops on Rozybakieva are just a stone's throw away, and there are plenty of buses. There's no metro, but it's a 20-minute bus ride to the university as the crow flies.
Traffic Jams
Rozybakieva is almost always a death trap. Especially on weekends, when half the city goes to Mega for shopping. If you need to take a taxi quickly, be prepared to wait.
Noise
The noise from the road and Mega's ventilation systems is constant. There's never any peace here; the city hums 24/7.
