The apartment is excellent, spacious, with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. I chose this complex for its status and proximity to the city's business center. The only major drawback is that in the summer, the double-glazed windows can get very hot, as the air conditioners are constantly running.
Security
I installed an electronic lock with biometrics; I don't carry keys anymore. The smoke and water detectors are connected to the smart home system and work flawlessly.
Noise
The soundproofing between apartments is excellent; you can't hear your neighbors at all. However, the noise from Al-Farabi Avenue penetrates even through closed windows, and the street racers at night are especially annoying.
View
The view from the panoramic windows is simply stunning, with mountains and ski jumps visible at a glance. In the evening, the lights of the avenue and the illuminated neighboring business centers create a luxurious atmosphere.
About the building
General
The complex looks very modern and expensive, with glass towers that stand out from the surrounding buildings. However, maintenance is expensive, with hefty bills for fees and security.
Cleanliness
The hallways and floors are spotlessly clean, with the marble polished daily to a high shine. The cleaning staff works virtually unnoticed, and trash is removed strictly on schedule.
Security
The grounds are completely gated, with 24-hour security at the entrance and patrols throughout the courtyard. Unauthorized access is extremely difficult, and all couriers are met at reception.
Parking
The underground parking is excellent, warm and clean, and the elevator goes right down to the car. However, outdoor parking is a constant problem; friends often have nowhere to park.
About the district
General
The area is prestigious, with the Nurly Tau business center literally within walking distance. However, the constant heavy traffic on Al-Farabi Street sometimes makes one consider moving out of town.
Beauty
The modern architecture of the business centers and glass towers around it appears grandiose. Against the backdrop of the beautiful mountains, this creates a stunning modern cityscape.
Transport Accessibility
Public transportation stops are nearby, and buses operate on a dedicated lane. However, most residents here travel exclusively by private car or taxi.
Traffic Jams
Al-Farabi is almost always parked, especially during morning and evening rush hours. Pulling out of the parking lot and merging into the dense traffic can be a real challenge.
Noise
The noise from the wide avenue is constant, day and night. In the summer, the roaring sports cars and motorcycles whizzing past at high speeds are particularly irritating.
Coffee Shops
There are a huge number of coffee shops around, and the quality of the drinks is very good. You can always grab a quick, excellent flat white before work right in the building next door.
