About the apartment

General
I've been living in Highville for seven years now. It was once the epitome of "move-in-and-live" housing, fully loaded with developer-provided amenities. Of course, new, trendy residential complexes are popping up now, but Highville still maintains a high standard of management, even though the finishing materials in the apartments are outdated.
Security
The security system here is exemplary. Video intercoms with a ton of features, and security in every block. I can go on a business trip for a month and not worry about anything happening to the apartment.
Noise
The soundproofing between apartments is excellent. However, the building is located at the intersection of major highways, so with the windows open, the noise from Koshkarbayev and Saryarka is clearly audible.
Renovation
The renovation is authentic Korean. Everything is well done, but the 2010s style is already tired. The parquet flooring is high-quality, the walls need painting. Nothing is falling apart, but there are some areas that need updating.
Furniture
Almost all the furniture was built-in—wardrobes, walk-in closets, and kitchen cabinets. It's convenient. We only added upholstered furniture and a dining area.
Internet
Fiber optics are available in every apartment. The speed is excellent, and internet outlets are located throughout every room, making it very convenient for work.
View
The view of the Hazrat Sultan Mosque and Independence Square is what people pay extra for in this building. In the evening, everything is illuminated, giving it a very festive look.

About the building

General
The building's infrastructure is like a city within a city. You can spend weeks without leaving the house, because everything you need is on the ground floors and in the parking lot. However, utility bills here are among the highest in Astana.
Cleanliness
The floors are cleaned twice a day. The hallways sparkle, the elevators are spotless, and there's no dust or odors. In winter, the snow around the building is cleared right down to the asphalt in no time.
Security
Access control is top-notch. You can't enter the elevator without a chip, nor the stairs. Guests must pass through a security post.
Yard
The courtyards are located on a ramp and are closed to traffic. There are good playgrounds and sports areas. However, due to the tall buildings, the courtyards are often subject to strong drafts.
Parking
The parking lot is huge, multi-level, and heated. You can go straight from your car to the elevator—a vital necessity in Astana's freezing temperatures. The spaces are wide.
Demographics
Families with children, business people. There are no random "one-night" renters, which creates an atmosphere of stability and peace.
Utilities Stability
There are no interruptions. Our dedicated maintenance team resolves any problem (plumbing, electrical) within an hour, upon request, via the control panel in your apartment.

About the district

General
This is the "golden square" of the right bank. Everything beautiful and prestigious is within walking distance.
Parks
Presidential Park is across the street. It's a huge area for walking and running. It's the best park in the city.
Cleanliness
The district is government-owned, so it's always immaculately maintained. The lawns are mown, the roads are clean.
Security
There are cameras everywhere, a lot of police, and embassies nearby. This is probably the safest area in Astana.
Beauty
The architecture around is impressive: the Pyramid, the Museum, the mosque. Evening strolls here are a pleasure.
Transport Accessibility
The interchanges allow for quick access to both the Left Bank and the old city center. There are numerous bus routes.
Traffic Jams
During rush hour, the intersection of Koshkarbaeva and Saryarka is at a standstill. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to cover the 2 kilometers.
Noise
The area is active and touristy. There's constant traffic of cars and people. You won't find the quiet of a residential area here.
