Overall, the apartment is warm, BUT! Apparently due to the materials and construction, the ventilation requires attention. If you close the windows, it immediately becomes damp and stuffy, and mold can even accumulate in the corners. Soundproofing, of course, also suffers – you can hear your neighbors talking on the phone. Light sleepers would do well to either consider additional soundproofing or consider earplugs. Due to the dense construction, noise from both the courtyard and the street penetrates the apartment without any obstruction.

The street is really noisy (this is to be expected, since Isani Mall is nearby), and the noise level in the courtyard is also not very comfortable; due to the density of the buildings, a courtyard-well has formed; children's screams are heard just as much on the high floors as on the low ones.

The facades themselves look very presentable and attractive, and the buildings themselves make a pleasant impression from the outside. The entrances are clean and well-maintained inside, so you'll definitely be comfortable in front of guests.

I especially love this residential complex. If you haven't purchased a parking space, you can't count on having a place to park. The area is busy, and many people live in the complex, plus there's a metro station and a shopping center nearby. Rest assured, parking will be a real challenge.

There are many buildings, as well as residents. Because of this, you often see the following scene: it's evening, people are heading home from work. You enter the building and find yourself in a line for the elevator, which not only requires a 5-7 minute wait, but also a long wait. In short, getting to your apartment can take quite a while, even within your own building.

As I wrote above, due to the properties of the materials, the apartments are warm, but at the same time stuffy and damp, and the sound insulation is also so-so.

The developer's sockets may not be enough for everyone, so be prepared that you may need to install additional ones.

The metro is literally just a few steps away. Five minutes and you're there. Getting to the city center is quick and easy.
