About the apartment

Security
Entry is by chip, and there aren't many strangers. There are guards, but they're on the quiet side. The area is generally quiet, so it's not scary to come home late.
Neighbors
Half the house here is made up of students (because the university is nearby) or young families. The atmosphere is relaxed; no one bothers you if you turn up the music (within reason, of course).
View
We were lucky, our windows overlooked Tskneti. The view was stunning, green, and the air was cleaner than in the city below. But some people's windows looked straight into the neighboring building, where there was absolutely no privacy, and the curtains couldn't be opened.

About the building

Cleanliness
The entrances are basic and clean. It can be dusty sometimes due to the construction around, but it's not a big deal. The elevators work, and the mirrors are good for selfies.
Yard
The yard is huge! There's plenty of room to stroll, sit on a bench with a laptop, or have a coffee. Lots of people hang out there in the evenings, and there's a sports field where you can play ball.
Utilities Stability
The fiber-optic internet is fast and more than sufficient for studying and gaming. Utilities are reasonable, but heating costs add up in the winter due to the large space.

About the district

Shopping
City Mall is a 20-minute walk away, or a couple of bus stops away. There aren't many trendy cafes right in the building, but food delivery is fast.
