The apartment in Green Quarter offers a whole new level of comfort, something you'd be hard-pressed to find in Astana. We've been living here for two years now, and the layout is simply gorgeous. Everything has been thought out down to the last detail, including the smart home system, which truly makes life easier and saves time.

The soundproofing is excellent; we can't hear our neighbors through the wall at all. The only thing we can hear is the occasional hum from the ventilation system, but you quickly get used to it and stop noticing it after a couple of weeks.

The developer delivered the apartment with a very high-quality finish, so all we had to do was arrange the furniture and add some decor. All the engineering solutions were executed with care and required no additional work.

Our windows overlook the lake and the inner square; the view is simply stunning at any time of year. Waking up to the water in the city center is a unique experience, well worth the money.

The complex itself looks like a city of the future, with stunning architecture and a huge amount of greenery. This is a true flagship project, where service and quality are paramount, not just a tick in advertising.

The cleaning here is absolutely cosmic; the entryways and hallways are always immaculately tidy and smell wonderful. Everything gleams from floor to ceiling, making you feel like you're staying in a five-star hotel.

The security system here is one of the best in the city, with cameras everywhere and professional security who truly maintain order. Unauthorized people won't be allowed onto the premises, so I have complete peace of mind regarding my children and property.

The courtyard is a true fairytale, with its own lake, walking paths, and plenty of relaxation areas. There are no cars here, just peace and quiet and plenty of space to simply unwind after a long day of work.

The parking lot is large and convenient, but street parking is limited for a complex of this size. If friends are visiting in the evening, they'll have to scramble around a bit to find a free spot.

The area around Khan Shatyr is now the most vibrant and developed in the city, home to everything of interest. Despite its proximity to the center, it doesn't feel like a concrete jungle thanks to the complex's vast grounds.

The area looks very modern and stylish, surrounded by architectural masterpieces and new parks. Walking around the neighborhood is a pleasure; the scenery is always pleasing to the eye.

This is the area's main problem, as Syganak and Turan roads are always heavily congested. Getting out of here during rush hour requires patience and a fair amount of time.

The residential complex's private park with a lake is its main attraction, but Lovers' Park is also a five-minute walk away. For a stroll in the fresh air, it's arguably the best place in Astana.
