About the apartment

General
Okay, this place is strictly for the 'cool kids'. It’s an industrial conversion—used to be a factory or something. The Vibe: High ceilings, exposed beams, very Instagrammable. We have a duplex loft. It feels like New York or Berlin, not Lisbon. The Issue: The walls are paper-thin. It’s an old structure refurbished, so soundproofing isn't great inside (can hear the neighbors walking). The Bridge: We are practically under the 25th of April Bridge. The hum of the cars overhead is constant. It’s white noise, but it’s there. And the train line runs right in front. If you are a light sleeper, buy noise-canceling headphones.
Security
Gate code entry. Area is a bit gritty at night but safe.
Neighbors
Hipsters, artists, digital nomads. Very friendly vibe. People actually talk in the central courtyard
Noise
Trains + Bridge + Neighbors. It’s noisy.
View
View of the inner pool or the bridge pillars. Industrial view.

About the building

General
The central courtyard has a pool. It’s small, but in summer, it’s the social hub. Everyone sits around with laptops or drinks. It feels like a co-living space. There is no garage for everyone (limited spots), so parking is a nightmare
Parking
If you don't have a reserved spot, good luck. Street parking in Alcântara is impossible.
Cleanliness
Common areas are clean.
Security
CCTV
Yard
The heart of the complex. Very green and social

About the district

General
You are next to LX Factory. This means the best coffee, bookstores, and brunch spots are your backyard. Nightlife: Docas (the docks) are across the road with clubs and bars. Transport: Alcântara-Terra and Alcântara-Mar train stations are right there. You can get to the beach in Cascais easily.
Cleanliness
It’s gritty. Graffiti, old warehouses.
Transport Accessibility
Trains, trams, buses.
Traffic Jams
Avenida Ceuta and Avenida 24 de Julho are always jammed.
Parks
Needs more green, but the river is close.
