About the apartment in general: The apartment immediately caught my eye because it's so airy thanks to the high ceilings and natural wall materials. My family and I have been living here for eight months now, and so far we're glad we chose this brick house instead of another concrete block.

There are only a few dozen apartments in the building, so we know all the residents by sight. They are intelligent people who respect the privacy of others and are always ready to help in any situation.

Thanks to the thick brick walls, we can't hear anything going on in our neighbors' apartment. The apartment is exquisitely quiet, even when there's a strong wind or traffic outside.

The developer delivered the apartment with a very high-quality rough finish. The walls were almost perfectly level, so we saved a significant amount of time and money on leveling when we moved in.

The windows overlook a quiet street, and I love this tranquil cityscape. There's no anthill feeling when you look into the windows of the neighboring building across the street.

The complex itself looks very aesthetically pleasing and expensive, in the spirit of old Europe. It's clear that no expense was spared on the façade materials, and the building will retain its original appearance for many years to come.

The entrance halls are always tidy, and the floors are washed thoroughly and regularly. Even the parking lot is dust-free, a testament to the high standard of the cleaning service.

Access to the grounds is strictly restricted, and modern security systems are in place throughout. I feel completely safe here, knowing that strangers are never allowed into the courtyard.

The courtyard is very intimate and cozy, tastefully decorated. There are no cheap plastic playgrounds here; everything is made of wood and high-quality materials, pleasing to the eye.

The building has underground parking, a major advantage in this neighborhood. However, street parking is limited, so friends sometimes have to park a little further away.

The area along the Ishim River embankment is perhaps the most tranquil spot on the Left Bank. It's free from the bustle of the central avenues, yet everything you need is just a few minutes' drive away.

The area is surrounded by beautiful buildings and well-maintained walkways. Walking around the area is a pleasure, and the eye is constantly delighted by the beautiful architectural design.

The area enjoys a high level of security, with surveillance cameras installed everywhere. You can safely go for an evening stroll without fearing for your life or property.

The main roads are easily accessible, although the area feels a bit secluded. Buses run on schedule, but we mostly use our private car for travel.

Unlike the main avenues, traffic jams here are much less frequent. You can reach the right bank via the bridge quite quickly, provided you avoid the peak traffic.

There are several good stores with farm produce and basic goods. For larger purchases, we usually drive a little further to large hypermarkets on weekends.
