In summer, the sun roasts the glass. The AC is industrial strength, but the electricity bills are insane (expect €500-700/month). And yes, The Ronaldo Factor. Because CR7 owns the penthouse, there are always tourists or paparazzi hanging around outside taking photos of the building. Privacy is... debatable.
