About the apartment

General
Living in a 21 sqm studio is... an experience. Ideally for one person, if you bring a partner you gonna kill each other in a week lol. The layout is smart but compact. The soundproofing is kinda 'meh' — I can hear my neighbor watching Netflix sometimes. But the layout is modern and functional
Security
Keycard for every door + digital lock, feels like a bunker
Neighbors
Mostly quiet, but you can hear footsteps from above
Noise
Walls are thin, plus highway noise if you open the window
Renovation
Modern finish, nothing falling apart after 1 year
Furniture
Built-in stuff is great, but the sofa is stiff as a rock
Appliances
Samsung AC works well, but makes a weird rattling sound
View
If you are above 20th floor, the city view is insane

About the building

General
The facilities are dope — the pool is huge and the gym covers the basics. Main issue? The elevators. During rush hour (8-9 AM) you wait like 10 mins, it’s annoying AF. The lobby is fancy, feels like a hotel. Laundry room is a war zone on weekends, better buy your own machine.
Cleanliness
Common areas are spotless, maids are everywhere
Security
Guards are polite and actually check visitors
Yard
Very small garden, barely enough space to stretch legs
Parking
It’s an automated parking system, breaks down often

About the district

General
It’s Bang Na, so don't expect Thong Lo vibes. It’s a bit far from the city center (Siam is like 30 mins away). The BTS station is a 150m walk, which is fine, but walking in the heat sucks. Street food nearby is top tier and cheap. 7-Eleven is right downstairs — lifesaver.
Cleanliness
The main road is dusty and busy
Security
Well-lit area, feels fine walking at night
Beauty
Just concrete, highways and convention centers
Parking
No street parking available for guests
Stray Animals
Some stray dogs near the BTS stairs at night
