About the apartment

General
We chose this place to be completely at one with the ocean (well, sea). You wake up not to the alarm clock, but to the sound of waves crashing against the shore. It's a powerful reset. But matter makes adjustments. It's VERY humid here. The sea literally comes into your room. The windows are constantly coated with a layer of salt; they need to be washed once a week, otherwise the view becomes cloudy. Clothes take a long time to dry, and the bed linens are always slightly damp. This is the price of living on the water.
Security
The feeling of security is complete. Strangers don't come here, only "friends" and the occasional tourist on the beach.
Neighbors
The people here are special. Many are creative, many are looking for peace and quiet. No fuss, no one is running around.
Noise
It's a paradox. On the one hand, there's the sound of the surf, the best white noise for sleep. On the other, there are PLANES. They're landing right over the roof.
View
It's infinity. Just water and sky. The best place for sunset meditation. The sun sets right into the sea in front of you.

About the building

General
The complex stands alone, like a spaceship on the sand. It's beautiful, but there's a catch: SAND. It's everywhere. In the lobby, in the elevator, in your hallway, in your bed. You bring it in on your shoes, no matter how hard you try to brush it off.
Cleanliness
The cleaners are working hard, constantly sweeping up the sand and washing the windows. The lobby is bright and airy.
Yard
Our courtyard is a beach. You walk out the front door, take 20 steps, and you're barefoot in the water. It's the best way to ground yourself.

About the district

General
We live on the edge of civilization. It's the end of Novy Boulevard. The nearest store is a long way off. If you don't have a car or a scooter, you'll be walking a lot. It's healthy, but when you need bread and it's raining outside, it's not much of an adventure.
Transport Accessibility
The bus runs infrequently. Taxi drivers are reluctant to travel "so far" or are overcharged.
Stray Animals
There are beach dogs. They are very calm, live at their own pace, and sleep on the sand.
Parks
Lech and Maria Kaczynski Park starts right next to the house. It's perfect for yoga on the grass.
