Due to the dense construction, noise from both the courtyard and the street penetrates the apartment without any obstruction.

It all depends on the side. My windows face Chavchavadze Avenue itself—it's very noisy if you open the window (cars, sirens, motorcycles 24/7). But the developer installed very high-quality aluminum double-glazed windows: when you close them, it's completely silent. If the windows face the courtyard, it's completely silent.
