Guys, after Vake, it's deafeningly quiet here. You can actually hear the birds and the rustling of the trees. We live on the second floor, and it feels like you're in the countryside at a dacha. No car noise, sirens, or construction (even though the neighboring buildings are still being finished, it's quiet there). The dog no longer twitches at every rustle.

Unfortunately, hot water tank instead of permanent water heater is not very useful( And no central heating...

Overall, the apartment is warm, BUT! Apparently due to the materials and construction, the ventilation requires attention. If you close the windows, it immediately becomes damp and stuffy, and mold can even accumulate in the corners. Soundproofing, of course, also suffers – you can hear your neighbors talking on the phone. Light sleepers would do well to either consider additional soundproofing or consider earplugs. Due to the dense construction, noise from both the courtyard and the street penetrates the apartment without any obstruction.

Guys, it's deafeningly quiet here. It's real. You come home from work downtown and it's like someone stuffed your ears with cotton wool. The only sounds you can hear are the crickets and the rustling pine trees. There are almost no cars outside because the houses are set back. We sleep with the balcony open sometimes, even in winter; the air is pure oxygen!

Water, electricity, and gas are rarely turned off. It's a steep climb uphill—it's easy to get down to the Round Garden and civilization in 12 minutes, but the climb back up is...

That's the most interesting part! We have a building-wide chat on Telegram/WhatsApp, and it's very lively. It's not just people arguing over parking, but people actually chatting. Someone's inviting us to a barbecue, someone's looking for company for a run. I've already spotted a couple of cute single dads there. It's a real "homey village" atmosphere, and it's easy to meet new people.

In the summer of 2025 there are almost daily interruptions in water and electricity. But the street itself is quiet and pleasant.

It all depends on the side. My windows face Chavchavadze Avenue itself—it's very noisy if you open the window (cars, sirens, motorcycles 24/7). But the developer installed very high-quality aluminum double-glazed windows: when you close them, it's completely silent. If the windows face the courtyard, it's completely silent.
