I bought a three-room apartment to accommodate my family. The layout is okay, and there's plenty of square footage. But the quality of the construction leaves much to be desired: the walls are crooked, and I had to level them with a ton of plaster.
Security
I immediately replaced the door with a security door; the developer had some kind of foil on it. The locks are secure, but I had to install a peephole myself to see who was sneaking around.
Neighbors
The building is huge, there are tons of people, and I can't remember everyone. I only say hello to people on the same floor. There are tenants upstairs, and they're always dropping things at night, but for now it's bearable.

I bought an apartment in this area specifically for easy access to my office downtown. It's small, but the "European-style" two-bedroom layout is perfect for me alone. It's comfortable to live in, if you ignore the soundproofing, which simply doesn't exist here.

The area is lively, and walking from the metro station in the evening is completely safe; streetlights are everywhere and there are plenty of people walking. Police patrols also pass by frequently.
Yard
The courtyard is simply a concrete slab (stylobate) with playgrounds. There's a catastrophic lack of greenery; in the summer, it's a real scorcher because there isn't a single decent tree to provide shade.

I got a mortgage on a two-room apartment here. The layout is great, with panoramic windows and lots of air. It's a good option for someone who works from home. However, because the building is new, the neighbors are constantly renovating, which really spoils the experience.

The courtyard is closed, there's Face ID on the gates, and security is working properly. There are no strangers here, so I feel safe.

We rented an apartment here because the location was perfect and the courtyard was enclosed, perfect for living with a child. The apartment was warm and the layout was clean and free of any corners. But the building density was simply mind-blowing. The blocks were so close together, it felt like living in an anthill, where everyone was right in front of everyone else.
Cleanliness
Cleaning crews work every day, washing the hallways. However, due to the large number of residents and children constantly dragging sand from the landing, the elevators can get a bit dirty by evening.
Renovation
The renovation was solid, no-frills, focusing on practicality. Washable wallpaper and good laminate flooring. In the winter, the windows sometimes drafted, so we had to call in professionals to replace the seals.

The apartment is spacious and bright, and the panoramic windows were love at first sight, although cleaning them is quite an adventure. The noise level is simply catastrophic. I can hear the neighbors upstairs arguing and the ones next door watching TV. The only saving grace is that my three children are just as noisy, so no one really complains.

It's fine to walk around during the day, but late at night, a mixed crowd gathers near the markets, which can be unsettling. The police seem to be on the move, but the courtyards aren't lit equally well everywhere.

I bought the apartment a long time ago, when the complex had just been completed. The square footage is decent, the ceilings are fine. It's comfortable to live in, but the building is gradually getting older, and it's starting to hit my wallet. I have to call plumbers regularly because of leaks.

There's underground parking, and spaces cost a fortune. But guest parking is a rarity. If relatives come to visit, they have to leave their car somewhere on the surrounding streets and walk.
View
The view of the river and mountains is the only thing I have no complaints about. Especially in the fall, when the trees turn yellow. I open the balcony, look at the water, and it seems to calm my nerves.

But you can tell the building isn't new; the windows from the developer had to be replaced right away because they were mercilessly drafty.

The First President's Park across the street is our oyster; we go there every weekend. The embankment is also wonderful; I run there in the mornings, the air is wonderful.

The noise from Navoi is loud; motorcyclists are the scourge of the area in summer. But if you go deeper into the courtyard or to the river, all you can hear is birdsong and the rush of water.
