Guys, this is "Anagi," and that says it all. The walls are solid, I can't hear my neighbors at all, you could throw a disco there. But there's a catch: Avalishvili Street has become quite busy, with cars rushing toward Saburtalo. It's a bit noisy with the window open, but the double-glazed windows here are so good, you close them and you're in a bunker.

Poor soundproofing of apartments and entrance doors; you can hear everything that's going on in the entryway; music can be heard from neighboring apartments.

The constant noise from the Carrefour air conditioners. The house itself feels like cardboard, noisy and stuffy.

My windows don't face the stadium, so I can barely hear the sounds of the busy street behind the thick double-glazed windows. The windows are heavy and do a good job of blocking outside noise, but the soundproofing inside the house is so-so. Barking dogs or screaming children will certainly be heard. People with windows facing the stadium are less fortunate if something major is going on there. Of course, no glass can absorb that level of noise.

It all depends on the side. My windows face Chavchavadze Avenue itself—it's very noisy if you open the window (cars, sirens, motorcycles 24/7). But the developer installed very high-quality aluminum double-glazed windows: when you close them, it's completely silent. If the windows face the courtyard, it's completely silent.

It was a terrible mistake to check in here. The nearby avenue makes life a living hell. You wake up in the morning to the roar of cars, and you have to keep the windows closed all day because of the constant hum. It's pitch black after sunset—the bank and hotel air conditioners run all night, motorcyclists race around, and some kind of machinery drives around. It's impossible to get a good night's sleep 🤮

In the summer of 2025 there are almost daily interruptions in water and electricity. But the street itself is quiet and pleasant.

That's the most interesting part! We have a building-wide chat on Telegram/WhatsApp, and it's very lively. It's not just people arguing over parking, but people actually chatting. Someone's inviting us to a barbecue, someone's looking for company for a run. I've already spotted a couple of cute single dads there. It's a real "homey village" atmosphere, and it's easy to meet new people.

The yard is HUGE! You could literally walk in circles around it. It's spotlessly clean, the grass is green... BUT! It's a war with dogs here!))) The guards run around and yell if, God forbid, a dog even puts a paw on the grass. "Don't go there, don't go there!" It's incredibly annoying))) I have to run outside to pee, and then walk inside on a leash.
